What we do

ToolsHub is a curated hub of more than 175 free online tools for everyday digital work — file conversion, image editing, text processing, SEO analysis, calculators, password and security utilities, and developer helpers like JSON formatters and code minifiers. Every tool is designed to do one thing well, work in your browser without installing software, and respect your privacy.

How we got here

Most "free tools" sites either bury what you want under aggressive ads, force you to sign up, or quietly upload your files to servers you don't control. We started ToolsHub because we wanted the opposite: tools that load fast, run client-side wherever possible, and don't collect data they don't need. Roughly half our tools never send your input to any server — they're written entirely in JavaScript that executes in your browser. The other half (file converters that genuinely need server-side libraries) process your data and discard it immediately.

Our principles

Privacy first. When a tool can run client-side, it does. We don't keep logs of what you paste, upload, or convert. The tools that do require server-side processing (PDF conversion, image format conversion, screenshot generation) discard your files within minutes of completion.

No paywalls. Every tool listed on the site is genuinely free. We pay the bills with display advertising — visible, identifiable as ads, and subject to the same privacy disclosures detailed in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Honest about limits. Some tools have file-size caps. Some require a network connection. We say so on the tool's page rather than letting you find out after a failed upload.

How we make money

ToolsHub is free to use because we run advertising through Google AdSense and other ad networks. We never sell user data to third parties, and we don't run sponsored or affiliate content disguised as tools.
