Terms governing use of ToolsHub. Acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using https://www.freeseosmasher.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The service

ToolsHub provides free, browser-based and server-assisted utility tools. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Upload, process, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, malicious, or contains malware.
  • Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person or to scrape personal data of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or other users' accounts.
  • Use the Site to transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited promotional content.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy our content beyond what is permitted by fair use and our robots.txt.
  • Use the Site's resources for commercial automation that exceeds reasonable individual use (e.g., automated bulk file conversion using bots). For high-volume or commercial use, contact us about API access.

The credit card generator tool is provided strictly for software testing purposes. Numbers it generates pass the Luhn checksum but are not real bank-issued cards. Submitting them to live payment processors as if they were real is fraud and we explicitly do not authorize that use.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Our content

The Site's design, layout, code, text, graphics, logos, and the ToolsHub brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Tools' source code is proprietary unless otherwise noted.

You may use tool outputs (converted files, generated text, calculations, etc.) freely for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Output you generate is your own.

4.2 Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or paste into the Site for processing. By using a tool that requires server processing, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process that content for the sole purpose of returning the result to you. We do not retain, archive, or use your content for any other purpose.

5. Accounts

You may create an account to save favorites. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at info@freeseosmasher.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Tools that produce calculations, conversions, SEO data, or any analytical output are provided for general informational purposes only. Results may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, engineering, or other professional decisions without independent verification.

Network and file conversion tools depend on third-party services and standards that may change without notice. We make no guarantee that any specific tool will be functional at any specific time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsHub and its operators, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, which is zero for free tools.

8. Third-party links and ads

The Site includes advertisements served by third parties (Google AdSense and others) and links to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those third parties.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via a homepage notice for at least 30 days.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any violation of these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction unless you have non-waivable rights to bring claims in your local courts.
