Response time and language
We reply in English. Typical first response is within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Bug reports with reproducible steps are prioritized over generic feedback.
What we don't reply to
To keep our inbox usable, we generally don't respond to: SEO link-exchange requests, mass cold sales pitches, or messages asking us to remove tools that compete with another product. Other than those, we read everything.
